Good for the money in my review

The heel support isn't shaped properly to fit in the heel without slipping up and out when pressure is applied. Also, the nuts on the widening shaft are not lock nuts and tend to come loose and fall off which makes it a bugger to get the stretcher out of the shoe if that's where the nut happens to fall off.
