just does the job well. Couldn't find any instructions on how to do this.

I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly just because the shoulder strap pad isn't where I think it should be. otherwise it serves its purpose very well. I couldn't find any instructions on how to position my dog properly, it was just pictures. I wasn't able to carry my dog with one hand as the instructions suggested, but I did.
