Review on 🌾 Country Life L-Lysine 1000mg with B-6 - 250 Count by Kimberly Bryant

I have celiac disease, an autoimmune disease caused by gluten. I didn't realize I had this until 2018, until a doctor confirmed it. Before this was confirmed, my gluten intake was outrageous and I didn't understand why I couldn't treat certain issues with my skin (hormonal acne), digestion, joints and so on. When I found out that celiac disease was the cause, I eliminated all gluten and began researching different things that might help me undo the damage I had done over the years. I came across some information recommending L-lysine. to treat my hormonal acne and absorb important minerals such as calcium. I have no complaints yet. When I first opened the jar I was a bit shocked at the size of the tablet but I think it is necessary as it contains 1000mg of lysine. The price is good and I can see improvements in my skin. I will buy another jar once all 250 tablets are gone. I highly recommend this brand!
