BAD design - cats can maneuver in a snap!

It's very close to my kitten. BUT he was still able to wriggle out while we were on the restaurant terrace! One quick move (as he flinched) and he was out of the game - I almost lost him but I grabbed him fast! I don't know what would have happened to him if he could have escaped! So creepy! Yes, it was buttoned and tightened properly, but I think cats are capable of squirming to avoid danger - I don't think this design takes that into account.
