Review on Workativ Assistant by Charles Phillips

The best part of this software is that it can handle calls from different sources like Skype or Slack etc.It also has an option for auto call picker which makes things easier than ever before! I am using this softwares as my personal assistant when i work alone in office. It's quite helpful but sometimes the system freezes in between so you have to wait for few seconds to get back into the same state again (call handling). I would recommend everyone who wants something more professional then Microsoft Teams to use this product!! I'm solving all my queries regarding ticketing and other customer related stuffs.
