These shorts were stained with blue ink and there was a TON of thread all over the shorts. I bought them for a photoshoot and when they arrived they had small bruises and dozens of lost threads! I used hairspray to lighten blemishes and spent an evening trimming strands while watching TV! They are also very thin, you can wear white underwear and still see the lines. If you're buying for one-time use, they'll fit, but don't buy shorts from your child's wardrobe.
