This is an amazing product! What they don't tell you is that it requires a certain type of water and using any other type will void your warranty. In fact, almost anything can void the warranty on this item! It also says it's a dry vaper, but it tends to spit out quite a bit of water when doing so, despite working exactly as the instructions say. However, all the minor flaws and complaints do not compare to the true capabilities of this machine! I bought it because of a bed bug situation we've been dealing with for months since my sister brought someone's old furniture home.
