This is a pretty effective bag for the price. The handles are very strong, the straps are of high quality and sewn quite well. However, there are a few criticisms. The front zippers don't work smoothly and are a bit uneven. The only exception is the hidden front pocket. This zipper along with the back zipper of the bag and the inner zippered pockets are all smooth. Only the front zipper that opens the whole bag and the small side pocket on the front are uneven. In their promotional video they showed 2 bags (one big and one small), they actually sell the smaller one so keep that in mind.
