Review on codebeamer by Fort Steffen

CodeBeamers customer support was very quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. There were times where I couldn't install my software because it kept getting blocked by security permissions but they always found ways around that without me having too many issues. They also helped troubleshoot other things like not being able to connect my laptop to their system after installing updates. The only thing I didn't really like about this program is that there wasn't as much customization available compared to some of our competitors. We do project planning meetings that allow us to share documents and presentations from different people so we needed an easy way to keep track of those files. This worked great until someone tried to update something at another time than scheduled which meant they could no longer access the file. With Codebeamers versioning feature you can easily change who has permission to view what type of document just by setting up folders.
