The length is the best thing about these shorts.
My 11 year old grandson who is 5ft 100lbs only likes long shorts and they are long enough for him to like. Although the waist is large, he tightens the drawstring and manages to keep his shorts on. I also agree with the length of those shorts on him. I wish the other guys shorts were that long too.
