I have no problems with the product. It's very similar to the original color of my phone's back glass (gold) and looks like a solid piece of glass. As other reviewers have pointed out, the actual task of removing broken glass is appalling. I have a heat gun that I've used to heat YouTube video specs, but it didn't seem to help much. I ended up following the advice of another reviewer who used a chisel. While breaking the glass isn't particularly safe (I wore protective gloves, goggles, and a mask), it worked much better than using one of the included tools. Glass removal process, you can refuse the purchase and hire a specialist. Overall, I'm happy with the end result, although I wouldn't subscribe to it again.
