Works well. After installation does what it says. The odd thing is that the pre-punched holes on the shelf aren't 24 inches apart. Therefore, you can only use one set of brackets in a rack. Another oddity is that most metal brackets come pre-assembled. I think for some people this will be an advantage and help with the installation. But it would make more sense for me to mount one part to the wall and the other part to the shelf and then mount the bracket after all the screws are in place. So I guess it's just a personal preference. nice shelf.
