I bought this item for my Roku streaming stick to keep it from sticking out the side of my TV. Packaging and quality seem very good. My first one distorted the video image with white streaks and flashes, so I sent it back to Revine for an exchange. The second did the same, so this time it's being sent back for a refund. This point should not affect the quality of the video in any way, since it should pass the signal in one direction and output it in the other. To top it off, it gets very hot during use. Why? I found this product unacceptable.
