I couldn't wait to peruse the magnets and magnetic toys, diversions, and novelty items available at RoomyRoc. My interactions with the business, however, were disappointing. To begin with, the quality of the goods was inadequate. The novelty and gag items were dull and not funny, and the toys and games were readily broken. The magnets and magnetic playthings were of poor quality and would not adhere to any surface. In addition, there was no way to contact anyone for help. There was no response when I attempted to report a faulty product to the manufacturer. The checkout procedure was a nightmare, which only added to the frustration. The website was extremely complicated, and I had a number of technical difficulties that delayed my purchase. In sum, I was dissatisfied with RoomyRoc and would not suggest using them. Don't waste your money here; look elsewhere.
