The best thing about this platform is that it not only allows you to book clients but also helps in generating leads which can then be converted into customers or at least new opportunities! Also as compared with some of its competitors (such as Upwork) there's no bidding process where they get paid after booking one client so I think that needs improvement too.

There are multiple options available such as sending an email directly from within your profile page rather than having to go through their dashboard every time; however sometimes if something goes wrong like when someone cancels etc we have issues contacting them via chat - would really appreciate more transparency here!
