Review on 🌿 hello Oral Care Naturally Healthy Antigingivitis Mouthwash - Aloe Vera & Coconut Oil, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 3): Fluoride & SLS Free, Blue Formula by Josh Heelis

I've had the opportunity to test this mouthwash for a few days and so far I'm a fan. The taste seems to hit or miss but that bothers me not at all. It is non-abrasive and not very durable. It rinses out easily, although I'd probably recommend a little more than the 10ml listed on the bottle. No side effects occurred after using the mouthwash. My mouth felt good. I can't say mouthwash has ever "refreshed" my mouth, but it hasn't dried it out either. Saliva tends to thicken, but it could be a combination between that and my toothpaste. Still, it won't be long. My breath has noticeably improved, as if there is no strong smell of mint after rinsing, no less pleasant smells. Testing but a bit of independent research on my part has shown that aloe vera has a few uses in this area. It probably isn't as good as the fluoride or alcohol you find in stronger fabrics, but you probably aren't looking for it in these more natural alternatives. Also, as stated on the package, mouthwash is not a substitute for brushing and flossing. If you make sure you do these tasks ahead of time like I did, using them later is probably a bonus. I'm not a dentist so take any recommendations I suggest with a grain of salt, but I love this mouthwash and would recommend trying it out if you're looking for a more natural alternative.
