I like that we have been able to customize our own logo with this software. It has made it easy for us to create unique logos for each of our clients. The customer service at OA was also very helpful! Sometimes there are delays in receiving files from their team members but they do make sure everything gets done right away. They've helped me solve problems when one of my colleagues would not be available until later or even after hours. There isn't anything really bad about this program so far. If nothing else, I think it will help save time by allowing us to personalize all of our marketing materials without having to print them out ourselves.
