Review on Rada Cutlery Cheese Knife Stainless by Kanwar Mix

I have had many cheese knives over the years and this one is undoubtedly better than almost all and they were all much more expensive. It's not the only cheese knife you'll ever need, but it's perfect for a cheese board. The blade itself seemed a bit too flexible for me but so far so good and it did a great job for Christmas. He will not be able to cut perfectly even slices on all cheeses. Tends to a slight angle on very hard cheeses, but not a big deal when choosing a cheese board that doesn't really need that level of precision - I use cheese wire for this. Fairly good accuracy is possible with cheeses of medium hardness and softer. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about and I am very satisfied with the purchase.
