I was skeptical how well everything would work because the set has so many items for this price, but this is an AMAZING set! I used a medium sized dumpling pan for handmade cherry tarts, it was very easy to use and left the crimp fully closed. I love that the bottom of the pan is perfect for cutting the dough to size. The silicone mat that comes with this set is great - I thought it was some sort of disposable item but I was wrong! It's really big and attaches quickly to the countertop, giving you plenty of worktop space that's easy to clean up afterwards. I tried making small ravioli/dumplings tonight and it was so much fun! I always assumed it would require more work, but I think I'll be using all of these items a lot. They all make a robust impression and are very easy to care for. I love it!
