Useless. These may not be sold.
My stereo cut thin wires when I tried to use it and of course I had no sound. The thin thin stranded wire in the red and black jackets over the plated 1/8" ferrule looks more like tissue paper. If you have a stereo from last millennium (mine was made in 1992) just skip it. You will not work. However, you will waste your time and money.
