We've replaced our camper king-size mattress with a regular mattress with an extra cushion that is much heavier. The shock absorbers that came with the RV (100 pounds each) weren't strong enough to hold the mattress up, leaving the under bed storage useless. I ordered a replacement but it doesn't fit either. They hold the mattress up with little effort on my part. Also, it doesn't take a lot of strength or muscle power to push it back. Now I have so much extra storage space. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered them. They're a little more expensive than the ones I've ordered before, but they really work! Highly recommended for anyone replacing an RV mattress with an RV mattress.
