Installed 3 of these in my living room as front speakers. After I crack them open and the home theater receiver automatically sets them up correctly, these things sound great! They are very clear and very loud with the 80 watts I have. I was nervous about buying a product that has almost no reviews, but the price and features were excellent, so I went for it. Also, I see a lot of reviews about ceiling speakers, they note the lack of bass. These speakers have decent bass. The windows don't rattle, but the sound is deep, rich. Even without a subwoofer, I don't feel like I'm missing anything. They are built right into the ceiling, with a huge attic above and no railings. I put shields on them to keep the insulation away from the components, then re-insulated them up to the top of the rafters. I plan to purchase 6.5 inch corner speakers for the outside world when funds allow. Hook up a Pandora and an internet radio and we can play some tunes and it sounds amazing! TV and movies sound very clear and you hear things in movies that you didn't notice before. Don't hesitate to buy these speakers.
