I was so happy to purchase this item as it was advertised as holding up to 50 pairs of shoes. I set up the shoe rack on May 1st, 2021. I put a coat hanger on my bedroom wall. When I woke up on 5/2/2021 I noticed the shoe rack looked like it was going to sag so I tried to straighten it and push it against the wall. Three hours later I heard a loud noise coming from my bedroom. I rushed to my room to see what had happened and as you can see in the picture the side panels of the shoe rack started falling off quickly. The whole rack fell off and damaged some of my best boots. I was mad. I dismantled the rack and rushed back to Coles to give it back to Revane. This shoe rack didn't last 24 hours. I will never buy it again.
