It took me 84 years to put this together, a year for each part it came with. The instructions weren't very clear as they were only printed on the side of the box. The gaps between the shelves are not very large, so the heels do not fit. Generally not bad quality but it could be easier to assemble

I received this shoe rack and spent several hours assembling it. There are no screws here, and end caps are placed on the ends of metal rods. My hands hurt when it was all done! As a result I only had parts for 9 shelves as some of the metal bars were missing. The shelf holds many shoes but is a bit thin and light. I need to somehow attach it to the wall to keep it from tipping over.

I loved this shoe rack so much I bought 2! However, the description that there is space for 50 pairs of shoes is not correct. I had the shoes evenly distributed, not too many in each row (definitely less than 50 pairs total), I even tried to put lighter pairs on top so as not to put too much pressure on the shelves. They both fell, the frame's legs were broken in several places. Big mess to clean up as shoes were all over the place lol.

Pipes are not as strong as other shoe racks I've bought in the past. And the corner connectors are made of cheaper plastic. After assembling the shoe rack properly, I placed our shoes on the shoe rack. (Reasonable, right?). The flimsy connectors were literally bent/broken and all ten rows of shoes landed on the floor. I was so happy to purchase this item as it was advertised as holding up to 50 pairs of shoes. I set up the shoe rack on May 1st, 2021. I put a coat hanger on my bedroom wall. When I woke up on 5/2/2021 I noticed the shoe rack looked like it was going to sag so I tried to straighten it and push it against the wall. Assembly was easy but I had to redo it a few times because the plastic connections have to be made a certain way and can be confusing at times. . Was surprised to find out the material in the base that held the shoes was fabric. Apparently I wasn't paying attention. I assumed it was metal or plastic since the fabric looks like metal in the photos. But I think it's ok for the price.
