This dress is AMAZING!
Other reviewers said it was not glittery and as you can see it is EXACTLY as described and sparkles like a mermaid! It exceeded my expectations. Well-tailored, durable, soft tulle fabric. Yes, your girlfriend will love it! I bought a 5-6 and it may be a bit small but it fits my 5 year old perfectly.
