Hello everyone! I bought this device to be able to print labels for my kitchen (e.g. the word "Olive” on a thin label. Unfortunately, in the provided application there is no option to rotate the text 90 degrees. So if you print on 50mm paper, it takes up the full width of the roll, at first I thought ok that's okay, I'll just add the following label under the word 'Olives' to make the most of the paper. An option to do this as well.I contacted customer service for help and they never responded, so I returned the printer.Moreover, when you take a photo to print, it's not very sharp at all.It just looked like an odd ghost blob off. The sticker printing graphics provided were decent but not enough for me to keep this product I am frustrated because arrange The product is nice, transfers data from application to printer almost instantly and prints in good condition with no ink consumption Quality but the paper waste and lack of customer service is a hindrance for me.
