I'm a tall 6'2" guy that weighs 210 lbs and hits the weights often. Although my waist is 35", I have to find significantly larger sized pants and underwear because of my developed glutes and 25" circumference thighs from weight training. For this underwear and others I have to get 3XL, because the smaller sizes have leg holes that are too small and leave impressions on my upper thighs, and the waist band actually rests on my hips and upper glutes because of my longer torso. Because of the stretchiness of the material, it doesn't leave any constricting impressions around my upper thighs.I can see where some have stated these briefs can be baggy, but the material over time can become less elastic with repeated drying cycles as with any elastic material. I could have probably fit into a 2XL, but 3XL was still comfortable for me.The material and leg holes are one of the most comfortable compared to other briefs I've worn, BUT a significant downside is that the underwear insulates heat. a lot. The lack of "breathability" checkmark on the table from the manufacturer supports my heat experience wearing the underwear during summer. It's a game changing difference when you wear these compared to other underwear made of moisture wicking material. I typically wear these during the cooler times of year (fall, winter, and spring) when it's below 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius), otherwise you will be sweating profusely in any warm and/or humid day even if you are indoors.I gave it four stars because everything is good but its heat retention, and the manufacturer acknowledges it with the lack of "breathability".
