My son got one at school. It broke and he (like his brothers) wanted another one. When I saw that he liked them I ordered this bulk pack to give him for his birthday. Since it was about to be cancelled, he decided to give it to his friends in the neighborhood. Everything he gave out worked (grips and flashlights). They are individually wrapped with a tab between the batteries to keep them fresh. Its original handle broke when the light-activating plastic tab broke off after 4 months. We'll see how they hold up, but they're identical in quality and design to what he had. Many kids have used them to tattoo each other, so they write (and appear) on the skin too.
