When the product arrived it went through the plastic bag that the bottle was in and then through the shipping carton. I haven't opened the inner plastic wrap yet, so I'm not sure if the leak is coming from the cap or from somewhere inside the bottle. I hope it's a lid leak so I can use floor cleaner. I hope that the manufacturer can prevent such things in the future. I have a little mess to deal with, but I'm physically challenged and the small size is big for me. I have used this product in the past and find it effective but this packaging is terrible. Many Thanks.
