Seems like every skirt/dustbag I've ever had has always been a little short, not as wide as my bed, or slipped under the mattress like it had a mind of its own and was full of investigative streaks. I ordered it based on the positive reviews and was very satisfied. Gone is that sloppy mystery fabric that has ruffles sewn on and tears when you look at it. It's made from the same fabric throughout and underneath, and while it's not a very heavy fabric, it's quite strong - I tugged and tugged at it to put it under the mattress and it was fine. The ruffle is not tightly gathered and is not full but is a small assembly. The extra length allows it to drape nicely to the floor, even with a 4 inch pad on my bed. I measured carefully to make sure it didn't bunch up on the floor because it's longer than average, but it's just what I need with my topper. In general I am very satisfied.
