I'm usually a snob. Well-known brands only. I needed several small USB sticks and the price was right. I beat them with a few reformats and read/write tests and they all ran fine. They are used when I need to provide a physical product to the recipient. Speed 2.0 wasn't an issue as the receiver wouldn't be using it in a read/write environment. Ideal for use when the recipient cannot download a file from the cloud. Unfortunately I can't count on them being returned so I will be buying more. They are fine for creating Win/Nix bootable media, but as a Live Media device, 3.0 speed would be better. They are also compatible with popular encryption tools.
