Review on 💾 Kingston Digital 60GB SSDNow V300 SATA 3 2.5 (7mm height) Solid State Drive: Improved Performance and Reliability by Kurt Bravo

Purchased to replace a failed drive. The price was good. The original drive (same model and capacity) had a strange bug that prevented the computer (Ubuntu) from booting. Mounted the drive on another computer and was able to read all partitions. Seems like a pretty weird bug for both an SSD and an MLC. Formatted/partitioned a new drive, copied everything, wrote a new boot sector and it works fine. I probably wouldn't buy if I didn't need an identical replacement.
