I bought a large size and it doesn't hang far enough on the sides to cover the mattress. The photo must show a king-size comforter on a double bed (or a queen-size comforter on a double bed). Many threads had to be cut. The filling is too light and unevenly distributed, so that it does not lay evenly in places. I didn't use window coverings because I have 3 windows. Which is good because they look cheap. I also didn't use European shams. they were huge. And who needs 7 decorative pillows on the bed! I didn't return the set because I needed something to match my current decor and had no luck anywhere else (you see the same thing in Revain, Wayfair, Overstock, Bed Bath & Beyond etc.d.?)
