Review on Soundstream SPD 400 400W Audio Driver by Diamond Lee

I only had this product for two weeks before it stopped playing. I contacted the seller and they told me to return the item, but I explained to them that I couldn't because I don't live in the United States. I then asked them to send me the schematic as the product was still under warranty and they didn't reply. I then asked them to sell me a diaphragm but never got a reply so I'm now stuck with a useless new horn. What bad customer service. That's why I gave it a 2. Although the horn played quite well.
