This used to be the most amazing combination. The air conditioning, which has often been criticized by critics, was amazing. It was a light treatment that left it in the shower for a while for amazingly soft, silky hair that didn't squeak after rinsing. No fluffy hair, super soft hair. Currently. The conditioner is thicker, has a waxy feel, has a different smell, and leaves hair squeaky as if you just shampooed instead of conditioner. I suspect they changed it to accommodate whiny commenters who probably won't even buy it again and lost a customer here as I won't be buying it again now. They should have listened to their regular customers, not the reviewers. My daughter used to steal the air conditioner from this property, not hers. Now my bottle of conditioner is standing still, obviously she doesn't like that either. The conditioner was the last step of the moisturizer which probably healed my whole head, now it's itchy and dry and frizzy again and well they shouldn't have changed the formula. I warn you in advance, if you liked it before, you won't like it now. The waxy feeling on my head is TERRIBLE compared to the silky conditioner I had before which solved most of my hair problems. Return to the drawing board to try again with others.
