Looks even better in person than in photos. Was a bit bubbled up on the papered backing, which did make it somewhat difficult to accurately align. especially when applying in in long lengths; Bubbles weren't a problem with actual material though, easy enough to get rid of with a bondo spreader once applied to surface. the poor adherence / air pockets between material and paper backing only made it harder to get the actual measurements for cuts and / or find the right alignment angles when applying to surface. The recommended half inch extra was not enough to offset the bubble-misalignment situation - I would definitely recommend an inch if going down a long surface. Once it was up though, I absolutely loved it! Make sure to do your surface prep as suggested, fill in any larger holes before starting (also use a little bit of primer over any wood filler, as it doesn't like to adhere to it even after cleansing), and it will turn out great! I did also lightly sand my door before washing, as it was rather old and had quite a bit of surface flaws. If doing a door, I would also recommend taking it off the hinges and working with it on the floor. I started out working with it in place and that first section definitely didn't go as easily as the rest.
