I bought a Surface Pro 2 and I love its versatility, but the magnetic pen holster just isn't good enough for a mobile warrior. It can easily be knocked over in a bag, and more importantly, it blocks the charging port when you need to charge it. I bought a Leuchttrum Pen Loop to solve this problem and it's perfect. Here is my solution for a picture pen! After inserting the stylus into the magnetic connector, I carefully attached the stylus's small loop exactly where the stylus's small hook would normally be. So I can double the security and use the loop and magnet at the same time when I'm on the move. There are no loose Surface Pens in my bag! This strap has a nice 2-position click, similar to the Surface's kickstand, so you can snap it back into place for charging. It's also great in its small antenna position if you need it, but it's easy to reach :) The only downside is that, as other reviews have mentioned, it starts out pretty tight and leaves a bit of glue residue on the handle. but it goes away pretty quickly (I would say like a couple of weeks). The benefits are pretty obvious and I'd say it's important for anyone with a Surface. I also highly recommend putting the strap where I put it as it doesn't break the original design, protects the micro SD card slot and provides double security. Protect yourself from a lost Surface Pen or simply getting kicked/stuck from the power port and buy it now!
