Review on Vornado 460 Small Whole Room Air Circulator Fan: Powerful 3-Speeds, Compact Design in Black by Ashley Davis

Model 460 is noisier than I expected. Even on the lowest level, it's uncomfortable to sleep with during the day or even stay in the bedroom. It has a deep bass boom that makes it hard to forget. It is significantly louder on a medium level and very loud on the highest level; As another reviewer put it, it sounds "industrial" on the highest settings. Note that in real life (especially at the lowest settings) the fan is not fully captured in the video I uploaded. It's actually louder in real life because it has a low-frequency sound that I don't think my iPhone 6 picked up. As for airflow, the fan itself works well. On its lowest setting, it's powerful enough to keep my bedroom cool when pointed directly at me, even from a reasonable distance. I'm sending it back because of the noise. Reviewers who say their fan is a "quiet whisper" at low settings mean 660, not 460 I believe.
