Great lightweight fabric, thicker sole than other rolled water socks. I originally took them for the design (my 5 year old nephew) didn't pay much attention to it. I will come back for the sole to get more. My daughter needed something because she pushes off the pelvic floor and by the end of the day her toes are just shredded. These socks are reinforced at the bottom of each toe. BINGO!
