good directional adjustment

Better quality than expected, new design makes tilt and height adjustment easier, much more detailed instructions could have been used. If I hadn't installed sooner I would have been lost. The screws are strong enough to easily hold a 40lb TV, not sure about an 80lb TV. Plenty of washers and screws to fit most TVs
