I bought this lamp mainly for my mother who complained that the LED table lamp I borrowed had to keep changing batteries. Eventually, she stumbled upon a rechargeable LED with multiple lighting modes to meet all of her needs. And I am very satisfied with this small and portable reading lamp. The previous one I had was very thin and didn't have a neck to hold on to - this lantern has a neck that can be moved but still holds its shape. It also comes with a very strong clip that can be attached to your clothes, desk, iPad, etc. to make using the light more convenient. I also like how light the product is. Basically, I can throw it in my bag and take it with me on vacation or in the car. The light also promises ultra-fast charging. I think I tried to charge it fully as soon as I received the product but it was already fully charged. Haven't had to charge yet, so it lasted me a few weeks (with occasional use). And touch buttons! These are always my favourites. You can control the light with three different brightness settings, as well as switch between yellow and white lighting. On the side there is a switch and a connection for charging the cable. The product states that the light should mimic natural light and be easier on the eyes. I'm not sure if that's entirely true, but for now I trust it. I keep the light within reach of my bed. I don't have to get up to turn on the light when I need something - I just have to reach out and the light comes on instantly! I know I bought this for my mom but I use it a little more often.
