What the heck - Coffee Makers

AMAZON customer service was AMAZING! Nespresso customer service, while friendly, was not that helpful. I have had this car for 4 days. The espresso was delicious and easy to use. I enjoyed making multiple cups a day. One morning I go for a second cup and the car won't start. The light is green, it's on, the capsule is inserted, but nothing happens when I press the button. Disconnect and reconnect, same thing. Sometimes the light doesn't even come on, but when it does, it still doesn't brew. I called Nespresso support and they helped me troubleshoot. Friendly but still pretty unhelpful. I had to open the car and wipe the clogs. After 4 days. Come on. They wanted me to send them back for repairs and when I asked if I could get a new car they refused. 4 days and no longer works. Unacceptable. Spoke to Revain and they offered excellent customer service and refunds and even suggested new espresso machines. Unfortunately, it was such a disappointing machine that I will go back to tried and tested filter coffee machines and no longer need fancy pods.
