AMAZON customer service was AMAZING! Nespresso customer service, while friendly, was not that helpful. I have had this car for 4 days. The espresso was delicious and easy to use. I enjoyed making multiple cups a day. One morning I go for a second cup and the car won't start. The light is green, it's on, the capsule is inserted, but nothing happens when I press the button. Holy delicious cups of coffee! The mornings have gotten a lot better since I bought this car. I bought this on Black Friday to try and I've never been happier to start my day! I've had Keurig since they came out and took my time to buy a replacement when my last Keurig failed. I was looking for a new Nespresso machine with new VertuoPlus capsules. I really liked the idea of the different sizes compared to the old original version. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I'll start by saying it's pretty hot. I'm very picky about the temperature, so other people might not drink it right away, or use a mug that cools too quickly, or don't use a milk frother. But the temperature is perfect. Update 4: A long way, the machine was sent for repair, it took a long time, but so far so good, it's been almost a year and it's still working; As I suspected it was the rubber holding the sleeve. I can't get enough of the Nespresso machine! First you can decide where the water tank goes. It can be on the right, as in the photo. Directly behind. Or to the left. It turns easily. The water tank has an impressive capacity. There is no maximum score, there is only a minimum score. However, due to the way you remove the tank, I wouldn't recommend filling it all the way to the top. Reading some reviews the leak was an issue and following the instructions was recommended.
