Review on ☕ Breville Nespresso VertuoPlus BNV420IBL Espresso Machine - Ink Black by Josh Suter

Update 4: A long way, the machine was sent for repair, it took a long time, but so far so good, it's been almost a year and it's still working; As I suspected it was the rubber holding the sleeve. We left the car open. I can't say if that's why this machine still works well, but I won't do the opposite just to know. 3rd update: in a month and a half. BAM starts flowing again, same problem. Now I can't even complain, searched Breville's website for customer support and followed the system. and this car is not even available as an option. I am trying to contact Amazon to resolve this issue, after reading all the other complaints I feel cheated, too many people are complaining about the same thing, they know what they are selling. I got my money back, I want my car to work for at least year, I love Nespresso. I think I'll have to dig and look for the best option for a Vertuo machine. 2nd update: I insisted for the second time and found an agent who finally helped me and there will be a replacement soon, hope is not lost, I'm glad I didn't give up. Update: Terrible! It started leaking and it took me a few days to figure out what was going on because it started small and now it's a disaster. The coffee is leaking and that's when I contacted Amazon 3 days after the return window. I'm not getting any help resolving this issue. I see many people complaining about the same thing. Our Keurig recently passed away (almost 5 years old) so we looked for a replacement, found a Black Friday deal and BAM! We are the catch. The quality of the coffee is great, the pods aren't cheap but when you compare how much money you pay for a drink at Starbucks. It's a good deal, very easy to work with, we've found that even refillable pods are more eco-friendly. I can't deny that you have more options with Keurig but honestly they've gotten too expensive and now I love having this new machine, a nice change to spice up my coffee.
