Really? 1 contact point? It's like buying shoes with two shoes and only getting one. And I think that's fine too, because the fine print says there's only one shoe in the package. I pay a lot of attention to detail, as do my colleagues. I had 3 people who own e-collars and asked them what was "wrong" with this post. Nobody understood until I showed them. Everyone was amazed at the absurdity of what was happening. You don't have to read the fine print for something so conventionally assumed. I needed it ASAP so I spent a lot of money on ONE's expedited shipping. Now I see that only ONE is included. So now I'm ordering a second one the same day and paying AGAIN for expedited shipping. $40 for a pair now.
