Only one contact per pack

Only one per pack. I'm not sure why anyone would just sell one at a time when all collars should have contacts. The description says there is only one so I guess it's my fault.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Reliability

Misleading image best in plain collars

Be very careful when ordering! I wish I could read the fine print that only ONE contact comes for 10.99! The picture clearly shows two and I assumed I would order two! My fault for not reading, but be careful!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Can't remember

FALSE ADVERTISING! Fits plain collars

The picture shows 2, you will only get one. Raven, you need to fix this. Yes I understand only 1 is lowercase but that doesn't justify the false advertising on the picture. There should be photo 1, let people decide if they want to pay $14 for a pair instead of trying to persuade them to buy one.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Buyers should note that this only applies to one point of contact.

Why would anyone buy a point for a collar that requires two. I thought it was a good deal for the money when it was a pair. It's awfully expensive for a single. I can't test durability or strength as there is only one point.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Should have read the reviews

My dog trainer friend suggested I buy a collar and tines. So I did. With the photos showing 2 prongs I thought there were 2. There isn't. It was only 1 prong as others have mentioned. $20 for 2 of these things is a bit outrageous. The quality seems to be ok. I'll find out how well this works on my Siberian Husky when I use it with my dog trainer later this month.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Cleanliness

LIKE ONE GLOVE Best in Dogs

Shown in the picture as two 1" contact points for the collar! However, the written description makes a point. Points to work, it's fun! It would be like posting a photo of a nice pair of gloves on a cold day and then only delivering one glove for the advertised price! I am so disappointed in the seller and Revain for allowing this and not trying to make it right for all the offended customers!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Good thing they don't sell shoes

Only got one star as only one is sold for that price and they disappeared. My fault I didn't do a thorough research and found that you only get half of what you need to use the product. Good thing they don't sell shoes; See a pair, pay and get half of what you need. Is not that cute. I paid a premium for a 1900's eCollar. Didn't realize they would take a pair of 1 inch pins. Truth? $16 for a working pair what a joke. You have almost as much integrity as a lawyer.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly

comes 1 in the box as per the product description but is a bit misleading as the product picture shows 2 so you might think ordering 2 because ordering 1 is like ordering 1 shoes. Pretty useless. So I've ordered another one that will be in the mail for sure in a few days, just like the first one. I haven't been able to use the collar for a few days. never mind Good quality, very durable. The photo is just a little deceptive.

Pros
  • the best
Cons
  • disappear

It's like ordering shoes and only getting ONE

Really? 1 contact point? It's like buying shoes with two shoes and only getting one. And I think that's fine too, because the fine print says there's only one shoe in the package. I pay a lot of attention to detail, as do my colleagues. I had 3 people who own e-collars and asked them what was "wrong" with this post. Nobody understood until I showed them. Everyone was amazed at the absurdity of what was happening. You don't have to read the fine print for something so conventionally assumed. I…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very Expensive
