A good way to slow down the swing

I got one of these first from an inventor in Seattle. I was having some serious timing issues with the backswing and this helped me loosen it up (I don't want to hear the whistle on the backswing or downstroke). It's just plastic so they can get damaged if you do something you shouldn't. I lost my first by putting it on the rider and after a few hits it was 30 yards in training range.
