Review on New Star Foodservice 50165 Pizza Peel with Wooden Handle, 12 x 14 inch Aluminum Blade, 36 inch Overall Length by Gunaraj Varga

With a small caboose this is the perfect pizza peel. The wooden handle is comfortable and durable, will not bend or give way. The aluminum scoop quickly and effortlessly slides under the pizza on our stone. From there, the full length of the pizza skin, while appearing larger outside of the oven, is the perfect size for getting the pizza out of the back of the oven. I will only replace this pizza skin if we get a proper pizza oven in our apartment (will not happen) or if it breaks after years of use. I agree with that.
