This fits to replace my existing PBU (check the part numbers on the Kohler website to make sure this will work). Bought to fix a shower issue where we could only get ice cold water or boiling hot water. Tip: Make sure you clean the brass surfaces that come into contact with the rearmost o-rings. There were some mineral deposits on these surfaces which caused the showerhead to constantly drip - cleaning these surfaces (sandpaper) and applying silicone grease (plumber's lube) fixed this issue.
