I have had very mixed results when ordering such things from overseas manufacturers. I followed the reviews and ordered a size up. When it arrived I almost sent it back - it was too big. But I washed and dried it and in fact it shrunk at least one size. (Ordered XXL, shrunk to a roomy XL.) Great shirt. Super light. It washes well - no odd creases or twists at the placket as is often the case with this type of cotton material. It's so easy, who knows. It may fall apart in a few months. For $20 if I get spring and summer I won't complain!
